Rebarcut

For contractors and rebar yards

From the drawing to the yard, with the least waste

Upload the drawing as a PDF. The AI reads the rebar schedule and each bar’s shape, you check the rows, and Rebarcut works out the cutting plan with the least steel, the order and the PDF for the yard.

Free during the pilot.

How it works

It all happens on one page, “New cutting plan”.

  1. Upload the drawing PDF

One or more drawings, as you get them from the design office. No PDF? Type the rows or bring them in from Excel / CSV.

  2. The AI reads the rebar schedule

Bar mark, Φ, quantity and length for every row, together with each bar’s shape and its dimensions, as on the drawing.

  3. You check the rows

You see the table next to the drawing and fix anything that needs it before calculating.

  4. Cutting plan with the least steel

Per Φ and bar length (12, 13.50 or 14 m, or your own length). Scrap up to 0.50 m shows in red; longer offcuts go to the warehouse for the next plan.

  5. Order and PDF for the yard

The order for your supplier and the cut list as a PDF. The cut list also reads well on a phone.

AI reading of the table

Bridge drawing 1
27/27
rows exactly
Bridge drawing 2
68/68
rows exactly

On two real bridge drawings the AI read every row of the rebar schedule exactly. It can still make mistakes, so you always check the rows before calculating.
